Vacation in Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean? There’s no point trying to resist. Experience a place that couldn’t be any more inviting if it tried. Look forward to new friendships and unforgettable discoveries. And thanks to the language course, you’ll not only be taught and shown around, you’ll be an active participant from the outset! In other words: Between bars, beach volleyball and the swimming pool, you’ll learn and relax perfectly.
Fancy leaving your cares behind with a visit to the wonderful beach to watch the fishermen at work? That’s just one of the infinite recreational opportunities that Malta has to offer. The island actually has so much more to experience and discover than other vacation areas of its size.
From A for underwater aquarium to B for Blue Grotto and then to W for wine tasting, there’s something for every taste. If nothing else, the weather, culture and Mediterranean flair will make for an incredibly interesting and relaxed experience.
The highlight is the trip to Hagar Qim - the Maltese counterpart to Stonehenge in England.

Our Sprachcaffe school is situated in Pembroke, near the picturesque town of St. Julian’s. Many buildings in the area, including the school complex, are from the colonial era and have a decidedly British feel style. The former fishing village of St. Julian’s is only a 10-minute walk from the school and known for its pretty houses and small, colorful fishing boats. Paceville, the town's restaurant and nightlife district, attracts tourists from all over the world as well as locals because of its estimated 350 eateries, bars, pubs and clubs.
- Well-equipped classrooms with facilities for the disabled
- All classrooms located on campus are air-conditioned
- Library and common room for studying
- Internet access - free access to computers at reception
- Lounge with TV, DVDs and satellite channels
- Games Room with pool table, etc.
In addition to classrooms and apartments, you’ll also find facilities including a bar, restaurant and 24-hour reception. Additionally, the surrounding garden creates a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing and studying.
Those who would like to participate in sporting activities before or after class will find a swimming pool and beach volleyball court on the campus. We also work with a scuba diving center offering taster courses for beginners as well as diving sessions for those at a more advanced level.
Why only participate in the cultural program if you can refresh your English vocabulary in the mornings? 20 lessons per week are perfect for that! The special thing about Malta is that you not only learn in bright, air-conditioned and comfortable classrooms, but also have a restaurant, bar and 20m pool on campus.
Lessons Per Week*
* 1 lesson = 45 minutes. Course material can be bought or rented from the school for a small price.
**Additional cost for learning materials approximately 6,50 Euros per week for loaning textbooks at the school and 26 Euros deposit or for sale.
The choice is also yours when it comes to accommodation: either sleep directly on our campus in a studio flat, where you only need to walk around the pool to get from your room to the breakfast room and classrooms, or choose the 4**** hotel in the center of St. Julian's, just a 15 minute walk from the school. In addition to a lobby and spa, The George hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a pool where you can sip cocktails and relax.
The Sprachcaffe Studios are located on the same campus as the language school. You only have to walk halfway around the pool from your room and you’re already at your language course. You can choose between single and double rooms - double rooms are reserved for people traveling together. In addition to the large living room / bedroom, each studio has a separate kitchenette as well as a bathroom. Some even have their own balcony or terrace. Breakfast is included.

After arriving at the airport you’ll be picked up by our transfer service and brought to your accommodation. How about a first dip in the pool?
Your language course begins on Monday. Afterwards you will be greeted with champagne on the beach and learn how to get to the city center of St. Julian's quickly thanks to a guided tour.
You’ll learn all about the island’s unique culture and history in the ultra-modern hall of the 5D cinema in Valletta. You’ll experience history in the truest sense of the word. Then we’ll come back to the present and give you a guided tour through the capital.
On Wednesday you’ll get to actively experience how versatile Maltese art is. We invite you to an evening of folklore, dinner and dance.
We’ll visit the new Museum of Contemporary Art. Although at first sight it might seem a bit old-fashioned, you will be fascinated by the many different art styles.
After so much culture, we'll continue to the Hypogeum of Ħal-Saflieni. There we'll explore the ancient tombs and learn about the mystical past of the island.
It’s Saturday - time for the sun, sand and sea. We’ll take you to the neighboring island of Gozo! After a few snapshots of the basilica and cathedral in Victoria, we’ll go to Ramla Beach - fine sandy beach as far as the eye can see!
Now comes the real highlight: Hagar Qim. Stonehenge is yesterday’s news! Hagar Qim probably last week’s! Discover for yourself one of Europe's oldest sights. And while we are there, we will take you on a boat trip to the Blue Grotto. Algae dye the water here various colors such as turquoise, red, green and blue. A unique natural spectacle.
Did you know that Malta is well-known internationally for its wine? The largest manufacturer of the island opens its cellar to show you the production process. Then there will be a wine tasting to round off the evening.
In Saint Paul's Bay, there has been a new place of interest for a few years that shouldn’t be missed. An underwater tunnel in the shark pool! Exotic tiger sharks are not the only animals you’ll see up close without getting wet.
Still remember the film we watched in the cinema? We will show you a real piece of Maltese history and take you to the cathedral of Mosta. Its large dome is considered an architectural masterpiece.
On the other side of the bay of Valletta you’ll find "The 3 Cities". The heart of this port is Vittoriosa with its Military Museum.
As a send-off, a barbecue on the beach is a must. Let us all end the active journey together with beer and steaks from the grill!
We bid you farewell and expect you won’t be able to wait too long before visiting Malta again!
