Adult Courses vs Camps for Kids – What Is the Difference?

At our English schools, adult courses and language camps for kids are designed with different goals and structures in mind.

Adult English courses focus on clear goals and measurable progress. You can choose a Standard Course with 20 lessons per week or an Intensive Course with 30 lessons per week for faster development. We also offer Exam Preparation and specialised workshops with 10 additional lessons per week. Classes are CEFR-based and limited to a maximum of 15 students, ensuring personal attention and active participation. You improve your communication skills in a structured yet flexible environment.

English language camps for teenagers combine a 20-lesson Standard Course with a supervised activity programme. Lessons take place in international groups of up to 15 students. Afternoons include sports, excursions, and social events where you practise English naturally.

I came here to Upgrade my English. I totally loved it there. I met so many differnt people from all nations and made many friends. I had a great time relaxing in the Pool! I also really enjoyed the activities! The only aspects i would critisise are that the rooms are very small and dirty. I shared a room with another Girl, but the room was actually meant to hold 3 people. Neverthless, it was very small, even for two people. My friend shared a tiny room with 3 girls and claimed, she Couldn't unpack her suitcase due to the tiny room. Another one was that the woman, working at the education Office was very unfriendly. I wanted to go to a higher Level in my intensive class but she claimed i couln't because "there are mixed people in there, not only beginners". But for me it sounded more like she didn't have more work. I came to here the Last day of my stay, because there was an error on my certificate. In the end, it was improved. But another friend of mine had the Same Problem and she stayed another week, so she hasn't got her certificate yet. However, confronting the woman working there with the mistake on the certificate, she just snapped at my friend "Yea, but that is a future problem. Don't make assumptions about things, that haven't happened yet" As I have said, the woman was very unfriendly and I, this will be better in the future. Nevertheless, I really loved my stay at Sprachcaffe and would like to stay there for another week!

Staffs are nice. I’m satisfied with rooms, services consist pool, billiard, foods and drinks. This hotel has also a beautiful view and in my opinion, it’s suitable for travel groups at affordable prices (like family, students,…etc). A small suggestion from me is that you should spray insecticide to avoid insect bites to tourists. Maybe, one day i will return to this place with my family 🇲🇹😚💯

We traveled as a group of students with teachers for 1 week. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of lessons, the equipment of the school and the furnishings of the rooms. The campus is large, with nice gardens and a large swimming pool, which students have always enjoyed using. The food was in the form of buffet and there was always a good selection of food. During our stay, we had activities that were always excellently organized and the school staff was always available and willing to help with everything. Overall, we rate the stay in Malta and the Sprachcaffe school as excellent, and we are definitely going to come back. Thank you for your great service and we wish you many happy students.

So far, I have nothing to complain about regarding the school. I find the environment really relaxed, with lots of experience sharing and people from different cultures, which adds a lot to the immersion and learning of English. Teacher Joana is always cheerful and brings really good activities that make us interact productively, besides the content itself being very dynamic.

I improved my conversational English skills here. Very friendly, excellent teachers and great company with the friends I made too! I would say the prices are fair but high, which is normal for London. You get what you pay for, as they say!

Communication is key

Communication is the key to success when you learn English abroad. In class, you build grammar and vocabulary. Outside the classroom, you bring the language to life.

Talking with locals, teachers, and international friends boosts your confidence and fluency. You practise real situations, express your opinions, and understand different accents.

At SPRACHCAFFE, you’ll use English daily. You will immerse yourself in an international environment whether at school, during activities, or in your accommodation. Visa and work regulations depend on your nationality and your chosen destination.

In many European destinations, citizens of the European Union can travel and study without a visa. For other countries, specific entry permits or travel authorisations may be required. For example, destinations such as the United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa or Malta may have different entry rules depending on your passport.

For longer stays, some countries require a student visa. Processing times, required documents and possible interviews vary from country to country. It is important to plan your application early to ensure a smooth start to your language course.

Can you work while studying?

  1. Whether you are allowed to work during your stay depends on local immigration laws and the type of visa you hold.
  2. In some countries, students with a valid student visa may work part-time under certain conditions.
  3. In other destinations, working is not permitted while attending a language course.
  4. Working hours and regulations can also depend on the length of your stay.
  5. Before you travel, it is essential to check the exact rules that apply to your situation.

With SPRACHCAFFE, you receive clear and up-to-date information tailored to your nationality and destination. We provide the necessary enrolment confirmations and supporting documents for your visa application and guide you step by step through the process.
